To optimize the experience of its employees and enhance the efficiency of its HR processes, BNP Paribas chose Neocase to digitize and automate the management of HR requests. This project addressed several key challenges: ensuring the reliability of request processing and securing communications, which were previously managed via email, posing risks of information loss and extended delays; promoting employee autonomy by providing access to a comprehensive HR knowledge base, thereby reducing the volume of requests directed to managers; and improving productivity by standardizing and automating processes to offer consistent and prompt responses to employees.
